1. Introduction

Welcome to LFG Rentals. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our car rental services. By renting a vehicle from LFG Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

LFG Rentals offers exotic car rentals. Customers can either pay a daily fee for specific vehicles or opt for our membership packages that offer additional benefits.

3. Payment

Payments for daily rentals are to be made in advance. $150 - $500 security deposit depending on the vehicle is required at time of pickup.

4. Booking and Availability

All vehicle bookings are subject to availability. LFG Rentals does not guarantee that vehicles will always be available upon request. Early bookings are recommended.

5. Vehicle Return

All vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns will be subject to additional charges.

6. Vehicle Condition

Upon return, the vehicle should be in the same condition as it was at the start of the rental. Damages or any additional wear and tear will be charged to the customer.

7. Insurance

Customers are required to present valid insurance documentation that comprehensively covers the rental of our vehicles. This must encompass both comprehensive and collision coverage at the time of vehicle collection. LFG Rentals disclaims any responsibility for damages or liabilities incurred during the rental duration. Please note that insurance can be provided by LFG Rentals.

8. Limitation of Liability

LFG Rentals will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our rental vehicles.

9. Amendments

LFG Rentals reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It’s the responsibility of the user to stay updated with the changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California.
